My name is Brooks Lemons; I’m the founder, owner and CEO of Quality Paint and Body.       At 15 years of age, I started working on cars and found my passion. With no “on the job” experience, I couldn’t catch a break in the industry. It was then that I mustered up my own jobs and began working out of an abandoned milk barn on a friend’s property. I eventually made enough money working out of that milk barn, to establish my own small shop in Visalia, in 1979. Thereafter, I have opened a much larger shop in Visalia and two other locations, in Tulare and Porterville.       I am thankful to have first-rate employees and loyal customers. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.       With each job we accept, we strive to do top notch, quality work and give excellent customer service. We have built a great reputation on those virtues.
